- CLIENT SCREENING – Consent form to be completed prior to your appointment. This includes a self-health assessment and acknowledging that you understand the risks of in-person treatments and the alternatives available to you, such as Online Appointments.
- STAFF SCREENING – Prior to every shift, all staff members will complete a full health assessment including temperature checks.
CHECKING INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT
- TIME OF ARRIVAL – Please arrive right on time for your appointment, not early. We will not have a waiting area inside and ask all clients to wait in their cars or outside until the therapist calls you.
- TIME OF APPOINTMENT – When it is time for your appointment, your therapist will call you indicating you may enter the clinic.
- FACE PROTECTION – All staff and clients must wear a 3-layered re-usable mask or disposable surgical mask at all times in shared spaces in the clinic. Please bring your own 3-layer mask if you own one, otherwise we will be providing you with a complimentary disposable one. PLEASE NOTE, AS OF JULY 1, 2021, MASKS ARE STILL MANDATORY TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE CLINIC. We will update this once we have further guidance from the Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy Colleges in order to keep both our staff and clients healthy.
- HAND WASHING – All clients entering the clinic will be asked to use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands for 20 seconds prior to the start of their appointment.
- SOCIAL DISTANCING – Please respect the 6 feet/ 2 meter request as much as possible. We will only be allowing a maximum of 2 clients in the clinic at once to help maintain this.
- LIMITED USE OF AMENITIES – Please wear appropriate clothing for your appointment as we will be limiting use of gowns/shorts. For example, wear tank tops for shoulder injuries, bring shorts for leg injuries, and bring own hair tie for neck injuries or RMT appointments.
- LIMITED USE OF WASHROOM – Please try to use your washroom at home as much as possible.
- LEAVE EXTRA BELONGINGS AT HOME – Please try to leave extra belongings at home or in your car as much as possible.
- DO BRING YOUR OWN RESISTANCE BAND – If you’d like to perform your exercise in the clinic we ask you bring your own resistance band or will have new ones available for purchase. You may also choose to book a separate Online Appointment for exercises guided by the Physiotherapist in the comfort of your own home.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
- DIRECT BILLING & REBOOKING – To avoid crowding at the front desk, if you’d like us to direct bill or book an appointment we will be assisting with this while you are still in your treatment area for both PT and RMT.
- CONTACTLESS PAYMENT – We have the following options available for our clients. Physiotherapy appointments can be paid for online before or after an appointment, credit card information can be stored in the secure online Jane platform (the same place you book an appointment), or you may choose to hover above the POS machine in the clinic. RMT appointments can be paid for by hovering above the POS machine in the clinic. We will not be accepting cash at this time.
- HAND WASHING – All clients leaving the clinic will be asked to use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands for 20 seconds prior to leaving the clinic.
- EXTRA SANITATION TIME – We have increased time between appointments to allow for full sanitation of all surfaces touched, equipment used, and linens used.

FAQ
Our 24 hour cancellation policy is still in effect to respect the therapist’s time as well as allow for other clients to book in if they require your time slot. If you are unable to attend due to being symptomatic, we will be happy to reschedule you for an Online Appointment.
Yes! We will be starting a “hybrid” model of care, meaning Online Physiotherapy Appointments will still be available. These appointments are a great choice for anyone who may be immuno-compromised or would like to continue their rehabilitation in the comfort of their own home. We are also offering the option for alternating in-person and online appointments for those who do not need the hands-on therapy for every session.
Online Physiotherapy Appointments include a full assessment of your injury, followed by education, advice on proper self-management, and a unique exercise program tailored to your home environment. Our Physiotherapists will provide you with the tools to become confident in how to best rehabilitate in the comfort of your own home. You can rest assured to receive the same high-quality treatment as you would an in-person treatment.
